A 50% refund of the training fees will be issued if the withdrawal request is made within this 3-day period.

Students who choose not to proceed with their learning after this period may opt for an on-demand online learning option if available for their specific IT training course.

Students enrolled in one-on-one IT training or customized training, where they are the sole student, are subject to different pricing.

Students offered a payment plan must adhere to the payment schedule, with the balance typically due one month into their training start.

Failure to make the payment by the due date will result in suspension of the training.
