Refund Policy

At Scarstack Solution Inc., we strive to provide high-quality IT training to all our students. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to withdraw from a course. Below are the details of our refund policy:

• Withdrawal Within 3 Days:

  • Students may withdraw from their IT training course within the first 3 days after attending their first class.

  • A 50% refund of the training fees will be issued if the withdrawal request is made within this 3-day period.

  • This policy accounts for the cost of invaluable learning guide documents, materials that have been shared, and the resources invested in enrollment, tool setup, and training schedule preparation.

• No Refund After 3 Days:

  • No refunds will be available after 3 days from the first day of class.

  • Students who choose not to proceed with their learning after this period may opt for an on-demand online learning option if available for their specific IT training course.

• One-on-One and Customized Training:

  • Students enrolled in one-on-one IT training or customized training, where they are the sole student, are subject to different pricing.

  • Pricing details will be provided before enrollment in these specialized training sessions.

• Payment Plans:

  • Students offered a payment plan must adhere to the payment schedule, with the balance typically due one month into their training start.

  • Failure to make the payment by the due date will result in suspension of the training.

  • Students on a payment plan may receive partial learning guides, documents, and resources until full payment is made.
